The balance bike comes with a handbrake, low entry and footboard, handlebar padding, special balance bike saddle, wheels, and handlebars with ball bearings, safety grips, air tires (50-203 – 12″), kickstand, and adjustable saddle and handlebar height. It weighs 5 kg. 

This pedal-free, 2-wheeled balance bike has quickly become the successor to the period with training wheels. With a balance bike, your child learns to maintain balance while keeping both feet on the ground. They get a sense of how a bike might fall over and don’t develop a “false sense of security” with training wheels. Therefore, it’s excellent for practicing balance before transitioning to a 2-wheeled bike without training wheels.

What is the difference between a balance bike with air tires versus one with EVA foam tires?
A balance bike with EVA foam tires is suitable for indoor use but can also be used outdoors. With solid foam tires, you avoid punctures and the need to inflate them. A balance bike with regular air tires rolls more easily and is suitable for use on asphalt. A balance bike with air tires is lighter than a balance bike with solid tires.
